Dr. Odiraa C Nwankwor

MD, MPH, FAAP, CPE

Executive Director and Founder

Dr. Nwankwor is a Pediatric Intensivist and the Medical Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Cooper University Hospital, Camden New Jersey. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Jefferson University and a Staff Intensivist at the Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children, Wilmington Delaware. His interests are in Child Health, Pediatric Critical Care, Global Health and Mentorship.

Dr. Chiedo O Nwankwor

Dr. Nwankwor is a Visiting Research Associate and an Adjunct Lecturer in the African Studies program at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Washington DC. She hold a Ph.D in Political Science and International Relations.

Dr. Josephat C. Akabuike

Director of Governmental and Inter-Agency Affairs and Logistics

Dr. Akabuike is the current Commissioner for Health in Anambra State, Nigeria

He comes with a vast experience in healthcare delivery and proven track record in health systems administration.

He is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist.

Prof. Abiola Oduwole

Dr. T. Samuel Nwafor

He is the Chief of Staff & Medical Director of Promise Hospital in Phoenix AZ, USA.

He is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Hannah Medical Institute LLC
and an Adjunct Clinical Professor of Medicine at Midwestern University, Glendale, AZ, USA.

Dr Nwafor has worked in various consulting and advisory roles to some of the largest corporations and organizations in the United States across the spectrum of academia, government and professional sports.

He brings his expertise, leadership skills and passion for humanitarian endeavors to the HPCI board.

Sir Emeka C Akutaekwe

Sir Akutaekwe is a graduate of Business Administration and Management. He is a seasoned administrator with over two decades of experience in personnel and organizational management. He is currently the proprietor of Bright Kids Academy, Ovom, Abia State

Dr. Brianna McKelvie

MD, M.Sc

Director, Quality and Patient Safety

Dr. McKelvie is a Pediatric Critical Care Physician in London, Ontario and an Assistant Professor at Western University. She has MSc in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety from the University of Toronto, Canada.

Dr. McKelvie’s interests are in the field of patient safety and quality improvement and, she is the medical lead for patient safety in the Department of Paediatrics and chairs various committees that focus on patient safety. Her other research interests include medical emergency teams and patients dependent on respiratory technology.

Chukwuemeka Ezeanochikwa

Chukwuemeka Ezeanochikwa is a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, with 30 years post call experience in civil litigation and constitutional law.
A civil right activist, and a director in the “civil rights project”, a non governmental organization in Nigeria.
